I can't sign in
Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen: you receive a code by email. If you signed up with Apple or Google, use the same button: these are separate from an email account.
How do I cancel?
Cancellation goes through Apple. On your iPhone or iPad:
- Open Settings
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Choose Ticks
- Tap Cancel Subscription
On Android: open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Ticks → Cancel subscription.
Cancel at least 24 h before the renewal date. Access stays open until the end of the paid period.
I changed phone and my subscription is gone
Sign in with the same Ticks account, then Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account as for the purchase (on Android, the same Google account).
