Creating your account

On first launch, choose Create an account. Enter your email and a password of at least 8 characters. Or sign in in one tap with Apple or Google. Read and accept the terms of use: they clearly explain what Ticks does. Ticks informs you and stays with you; your decisions and orders happen with your broker. And that’s it: you land on your strategies. Allow notifications: that’s how Ticks alerts you at every step.

The account saves your notification preferences and your access, and syncs them across your devices.
I can't sign in
Tap Forgot password? on the sign-in screen: you receive a code by email. If you signed up with Apple or Google, use the same button: these are separate from an email account.
I signed in with Apple and I'm not getting emails
If you hid your address, Apple forwards our emails through a relay address. Check that forwarding is turned on in Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → Ticks.
