Notifications

Ticks alerts you at every step. Your charts can stay closed. New strategy: the asset, the side and the levels. In position: the entry price is reached. Level reached: protection moves up a notch. Strategy closed: the exit level and the result. In Settings, Notifications, choose your alerts and your markets. With an Apple Watch, alerts reach your wrist too. Remember to allow Ticks notifications in your phone’s settings.

When am I notified?
- when a new strategy is found;
- when the entry price is reached;
- each time a level is crossed;
- when the strategy exits.
Notifications are automatic. Choose the types and the markets in Settings → Notifications; each switch saves on its own.
I am not getting notifications
Check that they are allowed in iPhone Settings → Notifications → Ticks, then in Settings → Notifications in the app. Also check that a Focus is not blocking them. Notifications also appear on your Apple Watch if it is paired. On Android: phone Settings → Apps → Ticks → Notifications.
